Cell division in the papilla is either rare or non-existent.
Around the papilla is the hair matrix, a collection of epithelial cells often interspersed with the pigment producing cells, melanocytes.
The papilla is usually ovoid or pear shaped with the matrix wrapped completely around it except for a short stalk-like connection to the surrounding connective tissue that provides access for the capillary.
The dermal papilla arises from the cells of the dermis and remains continuous with the connective tissue sheath of the follicle.
The papilla of a normal hair follicle is pointed at its summit.
Pivot Point calls it an increased layer with non papilla finger positioning.

Parallel：平行(定義)The line that maintains an equal distance from the parting or section.

Hands and scissors are applied parallel to parting lines.
Comb is placed parallel to the design line and scissors are positioned parallel to the comb when necessary.
Beginning at the nape on one side, take a horizontal parting 1/4" to 1/2" from the hair line parallel to the floor.

First, a special thermal solution is applied to open the hair cuticle and make it more receptive to restructuring. After rinsing and partially drying the hair, heat is applied to the hair with a special ceramic flat iron. This process permanently restructures the inner cortex of the hair and reshapes the cuticle. Neutralizer is then applied, closing the cuticle to lock in a smooth, straight texture. Hair will be straight with out the use of a blow dryer, or round brush. ANY wave pattern will have to be added to styled hair after this procedure.
