個人賽--Individual Tests

比賽規則：

In all pre-done tests the competitors may register multiple models, as long as they compete on individual basis.Two models together are forbidden.Models proceed to the competition floor with work pre-done, ready to be judged.
在所有預先做好的個人比賽專案中，選手可以註冊多個模特兒。但禁止同一鏡臺號同一鏡子前面同時展示兩個模特兒。模特兒來到臺上，展示夢幻美甲，等待評委打分。

Competitors have to create an extravagant, creative nail design using new nail materials and techniques. Judging will be based on the creative concept and artistic quality of the finished result.
選手必須用新材料和新技術、新方法創造出誇張的、具有創造性的美甲設計。評分主要基於作品的創造理念和藝術品質。

The competition is open to all professional nail artists.
比賽面向所有專業美甲師。

General Instructions
整體要求

1、Competitors will create a "total look", using make-up, hair and costume, to be completed by the competitor and assistant(s) prior to arrival at the competition floor.
1、選手通過化妝、髮型和服裝的綜合手段創造出整體形象（這一切都由選手及其助手在來到比賽場地前完成）。

2、All materials are allowed. The costume must not cover the hands.
2、允許使用所有材料。服裝不能蓋住手。

3、 After judging models will parade around the competition floor.
3、評委打分後選手要在比賽場地走台展示。

評判標準

4、Art work must reach from hand to below elbow
4、作品必須從手部延伸至肘下。

5、 Originality, innovation, artistic creativity, total look
5、原創性、創新性、藝術性和整體感覺。

Penalties：Competitors who do not observe the instructions will be penalized according to the penalty chart enforced by the Wise Men.
扣分：選手不遵守比賽規則，現場監督都將根據扣分表予以扣分。

Time： 5 minutes for final touch-up
時間：選手有5分鐘時間做最後的修整。

Scores： Maximum: 30 points Minimum: 21 points
分數：最高分：30分；最低分：21分。
