Creative Hairstyle + Color Award - on a mannequin head
以下規則為2006年莫斯科世界美髮賽（假髮比賽模式）
1. The competitor will perform a Creative Hairstyle + Color Award. The Color Award counts as a third test.Its score will be added to the general classification of the combination tests.
2. Wet hair. Before the competition starts, the General Commissioner will give 2 minutes time to all competitors to wet the hair of their mannequin head. The hair must be combed flat back as shown on the visual example. Then the competitors leave the floor and the Wise Men check if this rule has been observed. If not, penalty points will be given according to the penalty point chart in force.
3. Products. All products are allowed.
4. Tools. All styling tools are allowed.
5. Hair Color. The choice of the color is free, but there must be a minimum of 2 colors. Spray colors are forbidden. A panel of judges will select the winners of the Color Award.
6. Clothing. Make-up and accessories must be wearable.
7. Penalties. Competitors who do not observe the instructions will be penalized according to the penaltychart enforced by the Wise Men.
8. Competition Time : 20 minutes
9. Scores : Maximum : 30 points Minimum : 20 points
